Friday Night Lights: HIIT Hip Hop Aerobics

Come out this Friday, October 12th for Friday Night Lights with the highly anticipated return of H.I.I.T Hip Hop Aerobics: Dancehall Edition. This is a dance inspired fitness class so NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Modify, go at your own speed, or take a break, if necessary. Listen to some of your favorite old school and current dancehall & afrobeats classics while getting in a good sweat in a colorfully lit room to set the vibe! Please wear comfortable workout attire and also bring the essentials like a towel & plenty of water to stay hydrated. Grab your workout out partners and be ready to get the full experience!
